A Word from our President
“When I entered this business in 1986, I failed the psychological sales profile. I had to convince the firm to hire me and a year later was “rookie of the year.” I was, and still am, an average guy with a wife and four kids (and, can you believe, eight grandkids!), with a desire to succeed by helping other people attain their goals while still having a “life.” I discovered early on that many firms hired advisors, encouraged them to succeed, then seem to put up every road block possible to prevent them from attaining the tools they needed for success. I learned that in order to succeed, you needed ideas. You need to know what’s working for the successful advisors. You needed information. You needed to know what’s going on in our business, what’s changing, what the new products are, what’s working and what’s not. Our commitment is to provide the tools advisors need to attain the success they desire”.
